Hi, my name is Luisa Herrera, I am the host of Desktime Stories.
My dream is for everyone to reach their career goals and have better and happier workplaces. I believe that is possible by telling our stories, sharing hard lessons, and laughing about them, too.
I would love to share that dream with you and invite you to be part of it. You have a story that others need to hear. Your contribution is needed more than you know.

About Me.
Since arriving in the U.S. from Mexico City in '97, I've always looked to grow my career where I can contribute and be happy. Like most people, I have had some great work experiences and some where I learned a lot. I have worked in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, including a Fortune 100 company, and I now hold a C-Suite position at an organization with a lovely mission.
After spending almost 30 years helping people reach their career goals, I have realized that we all have great stories that have helped us grow and learn. Now, I like to spend my free time creating space where those stories can be shared. I believe this will help us raise our standards for what to expect of ourselves, our leaders, as well as our workplaces.
I would love to hear your thoughts on the matter, and in the meantime, I wish you all the happiness (at work and otherwise).
